Full job description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing our current business model, identifying operational and financial inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven structural changes to maximise growth, performance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate company objectives, functions, and requirements to spot areas needing improvement.
- Research market data, review business policies, and diagnose strategy or procedural issues.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Design practical recommendations and help implement operational or structural changes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and its offerings.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic planning.
Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or business development.
- Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, stakeholder interviewing, and project management abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
